Getting the support you need is probably one of the most important things you will need once you start your career at your new company. Many of the "100%" companies state they have on call managers and brokers but beware as many of these support people are out selling and may not always be available when you need them. Many companies do a fine job at having someone available when you need them. The non-competing broker or manager is one who does not actively sell and will be more available and visible when you need them. When interviewing with potential new companies ask them what support they do offer and how you can contact these support people. Also ask how long the broker and or manager has been in the business and actually sold. There is nothing worse than someone guiding you that never experienced what they are teaching, or was not good at it.
